Twice a year the club offers skippers recognition of their sailing skills, this is not always just on the water. This last summer we lost Nick Jerwood to the Northern Hemisphere for the FF15 Worlds but this left local skippers the chance to shine. A skipper had to sail at least 4 events over the summer to qualify for a class trophy. This has been the same for the past 5 years.
Results were:
Club Champion for 2025/26 year (both Winter 25 and Summer 25/26 for DF65s and DF95s) known as the Ray Bassett Trophy: Andrew Donkin.
